Lucinda is an Accredited Legal Representative (ALR) with the Law Society’s Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation Scheme and routinely acts for the protected party by their Litigation Friend and also for family members in s21A challenges to standard authorisations (DOLs) cases and S16 MCA 2005 cases. Lucinda is dedicated to publicly funded work and passionate about ensuring the most vulnerable in society are able to access and obtain high quality legal advice and representation.
