Dovestone Law holds a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide legal services of England. Most mental health work is undertaken on a public funding (Legal Aid) basis subject to an eligibility assessment. However, representation before the First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health), is non-means tested and no payment for our services is required from the client.
